You lean on the comfy Nordic leather sofa while your friend pulls a chair to sit, each moment of relaxation is like a photo captured in lifestyle magazines. Looking at the framed typography poster in front of you saying “Stay Weird,” your mind also gets unwound in the rhythm of island life.

The open design space on the second floor is one of Bre’s ingenious ideas. You may step onto the transparent catwalk where a red chair sits on the other end, while the decorations on both sides will be changed matching the hostess’s mood. Below your feet, the patterned floor tiles and beautiful scenery on the ground floor can be seen through the catwalk. Four rooms bring you four wonderful moments of Xiaoliuqiu

With her keen eye for an aesthetic life, Bre has collected assorted unique elements of home living and incorporated them into the concrete gray space with some unfinished touch, creating a variety of wonderful moments of Xiaoliuqiu. Moreover, sweet Bre also insists on welcoming guests by providing personalized towels with name initial embroidered on beds, for them to bring back exclusive memories. As the high-ceiling design leads to a half-floor extension, you may encounter brilliant moments of Xiaoliuqiu in the four rooms located separately in the 3.5-level space above the ground floor. “06:15 AM” room represents the cool morning on the island, where the thin air bears a light blue hue of mint candy color. The light of dawn falls on the fuchsia sofa by the window, while in front of the hare’s-tail grass sitting in the corner, the sunlight extends your sweet dream a little longer. As sunset casts golden rays into the earth-toned “05:10 PM” room, you draw back the curtains and sit on the lounge chair by the French window to enjoy the warm light, forming a beautiful silhouette yourself. In “09:20 PM” room, take a night walk in the moonlit universe of you and your sweetheart, as the starry rivers in your eyes run through the boundless deep blue. Turn on the moon pendant light and visit the distant dreams in the deep night. Last, in the “?” room with no time labeled, a girly poppy flower graphic cloth is hung on the wall behind the bed.
