Cancellation and Postponement Policy

• Refund for canceling your reservation due to personal reasons will be transferred according to the following rules：
- •100% of the paid amount will be refunded for canceling 5 days prior to reservation date.
- •50% of the paid amount will be refunded for canceling 4 ~ 2 days prior to reservation date.
- •No refund will be made for canceling on reservation date or no show.

House Rules

•Guests can check in after 15:00. As you are required to schedule your check-in time in advance, please arrange with the lodging 1 day(s) beforehand
•Due to the age of the lodging, sound insulation is poor, please walk quietly and lower your voice.
•In order to maintain a quiet environment for all, please step lightly and lower your voice.
•We only accommodate guests with reservation and not open for visiting to ensure the privacy of our guests.
•Guests are not permitted to use the kitchen facilities
•In order to maintain a quiet environment for all, please do not let children run around or make loud noises unattened.
•Please keep your valuables safe as the lodging is not responsible for the loss of or damage to valuable items.
•Please turn off the lights and appliancess when not in use.
•NTD300 will be charged for key lost or damaged.
•Please do not move, destroy, or remove the equipment in the room. In the event of damaged or lost property, the lodging may take the following action(s): Ask for full monetary compensation for any damaged or lost property
•Smoking is not allowed indoor; please go to outdoor areas for smoking.
•The following behaviors are not allowed: Drug using, excessive drinking, gambling, making loud noises, causing disturbances, setting off firecrackers, and any illegal acts. The lodging reserves the right to cancel the accommodations, charge for anything damaged or lost, and report to the police in the event of a violation.
•Pets are allowed with prior notification to the lodging. 1 pets will be charged a cleaning fee of NTD300 per night, 2 pets will be charged a cleaning fee of NTD500 per night, 3 pets will be charged a cleaning fee of NTD700 per night. Deposit of NTD500 is required and will be returned on site after the room is checked when checking out.
•Please refer to and follow the pet policy as below:
1. Please do not let your pets pee or poo indoors, and please clean up pet waste in the outdoor areas.
2. Please do not let pets bite or chew the furniture and fabrics in the room.
3. Pets should be on a leash, or in a carrier bag or cart. Please do not leave pets running around unattended.
4. Any loud barking or meowing should be curtailed to ensure other guests are not disturbed.
5. Pets must not be left in the room unattended.
Any violation will lead to the loss of your deposit, the cancellation of your accommodations without refund
