•Breakfast included: Chinese style, Western style (adjusted with seasonal ingredients)
•Regular days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
•Holidays: Sunday, Saturday, National Holidays and Consecutive Holidays
•Extra person with or without extra bed. single mattress, pillow, cover, personal toiletries and breakfast included, Extra bed: NTD600 per person; Each room can have 1 children under the age of 5 with no extra charge and no extra bed
•Travelers with large luggage or disabilities please note that the lodging is not equipped with an elevator.
•Open for bookings up to 6 months in advance.
•Paid dinner available by reservation: Italian style, prices are listed on menu; please make reservation upon booking.

Cancellation and Postponement Policy

• Refund for canceling your reservation due to personal reasons will be transferred according to the following rules：
- •100% of the paid amount will be refunded for canceling 14 days prior to reservation date.
- •70% of the paid amount will be refunded for canceling 10 ~ 13 days prior to reservation date.
- •50% of the paid amount will be refunded for canceling 7 ~ 9 days prior to reservation date.
- •40% of the paid amount will be refunded for canceling 4 ~ 6 days prior to reservation date.
- •30% of the paid amount will be refunded for canceling 2 ~ 3 days prior to reservation date.
- •20% of the paid amount will be refunded for canceling 1 days prior to reservation date.
- •No refund will be made for canceling on reservation date or no show.
• Postponement should be informed 14 days prior to the reservation date (not counting the check-in day).；The postponement will be reserved for 6 months. ；In the event of postponement, the deposit is transferable to another party.
• In case of natural disasters (such as earthquake, typhoon, etc.) and other circumstances of force majeure, when the local government announcing office and school closures,the full refund will be transferred or a postponement in 6 months (the check-in day included) can be reserved for one instance.

•Guests can check in after 15:00. As you are required to schedule your check-in time in advance, please arrange with the lodging day(s) beforehand
•Check-out time: before 11:00. Please follow the check-out time stated in the house rules
•Breakfast time: please make reservation upon checking in
•Dinner time: please make reservation upon checking in
•Luggage storage service is available from 10:00 to 18:00 the next day, while the lodging is not responsible for any loss (please make arrangement with the lodging beforehand).
•Ancillary Café , Select shop; Opening hours: 10:00 ~ 18:00; Closed on: Monday ~ Friday
•If guests book for an extended stay (more than one night), fresh bedding, covers, pillow, Towel and Bath towel will not be provided.
•In order to maintain a quiet environment for all, please step lightly and lower your voice.
•We only accommodate guests with reservation and not open for visiting to ensure the privacy of our guests.
•The lodging is furnished with designer furniture, please be mindful and use with care during your stay.
•As the lodging is situated in the natural environment, your stay may be accompanied by some bug friends.
•Daytime and nightly temperatures vary greatly during the summer. Please dress appropriately.
•Please note that autumn and winter temperatures can be quite cold and dress appropriately.
•Guests are not permitted to use the kitchen facilities
•In order to maintain a quiet environment for all, please do not let children run around or make loud noises unattened.
•We take credit card.
•We provide regular receipt.
•The lodging will not take Taiwan Traveler Card.
•The lodging will not provide Taiwan Uniform Invoice (tax declared receipt).
•Please keep your valuables safe as the lodging is not responsible for the loss of or damage to valuable items.
•Please turn off the lights and appliancess when not in use.
•NTD500 will be charged for key lost or damaged.
•Please do not move, destroy, or remove the equipment in the room. In the event of damaged or lost property, the lodging may take the following action(s): Ask for full monetary compensation for any damaged or lost property
•Smoking is not allowed indoor; please go to outdoor areas for smoking.
•The following behaviors are not allowed: Drug using, excessive drinking, gambling, making loud noises, causing disturbances, setting off firecrackers, and any illegal acts. The lodging reserves the right to cancel the accommodations, charge for anything damaged or lost, and report to the police in the event of a violation.
•Pets are allowed with prior notification to the lodging. 1 pets will be charged a cleaning fee of NTD600 per night.
•Please refer to and follow the pet policy as below:
1. Pets are not allowed on the bed, sofa, or in the bathtub. Owners should bring their own carriers.
2. Please do not let your pets pee or poo indoors, and please clean up pet waste in the outdoor areas.
3. Please do not let pets bite or chew the furniture and fabrics in the room.
4. Please bring a towel, food bowl, and water bowl for your pet(s), and do not use the amenities in your room for your pet(s).
5. Pets should be on a leash, or in a carrier bag or cart. Please do not leave pets running around unattended.
6. Any loud barking or meowing should be curtailed to ensure other guests are not disturbed.
7. Pets must not be left in the room unattended.
