In the brilliant morning sunlight, you stroll into the main hall to enjoy a delicious breakfast of warm congee accompanied by an array of tidy side dishes made from healthy local ingredients and served on a three-by-three square of nine small porcelain plates a la Chinese calligraphy paper and a bowl of refreshing fish soup, leaving both body and soul feeling nourished and satisfied.
Before leaving, you bid farewell to the gorgeous scenery outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. Your heart suddenly softens as your body unconsciously unloads some of its usual burden.
