•Regular days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
•Holidays: Saturday, National Holidays and Consecutive Holidays
•Extra person with extra bed: single mattress, pillow, cover, personal toiletries, breakfast and afternoon tea included, Extra person rate: NTD800 per person on regular days, Holidays and National Holidays: NTD1,200 per person; Each room can have 1 children under the age of 3 with no extra charge and no extra bed
•Please note that the rooms are not equipped with TV.
•Please note that some rooms are equipped with open bathroom designs. Please refer to the room specifications list for details.
•Open for bookings up to 2 months in advance.
•Single person discount: All rooms enjoy NTD400 off per night.

Cancellation and Postponement Policy

• Refund for canceling your reservation due to personal reasons will be transferred according to the following rules (with a handling fee of NTD100 charged):
- •100% of the paid amount will be refunded for canceling 7 days prior to reservation date.
- •50% of the paid amount will be refunded for canceling 5 ~ 6 days prior to reservation date.
- •No refund will be made for canceling 4 day before or on reservation date, or no show.
• In case of natural disasters (such as earthquake, typhoon, etc.) and other circumstances of force majeure, when the local government announcing office and school closures,the full refund will be transferred(with a handling fee of NTD100 charged)

House Rules

•Check-in time: 15:00 ~ 17:00. As you are required to schedule your check-in time in advance, please arrange with the lodging 1 day(s) beforehand. please inform the lodging 2 day(s) in advance for postponed check-in time
•Check-out time: before 11:00. Please follow the check-out time stated in the house rules. Additional NTD500 per 30 minutes will be charged in the event of late check-out.
•Breakfast time: 08:30 ~ 09:30; special meal(s) available: Vegetarian meal. Please inform the lodging your needs upon booking.
•Luggage storage service is available from 10:00 to 14:30 the next day, while the lodging is not responsible for any loss (please make arrangement with the lodging beforehand).
•Ancillary Café ; Opening hours: 10:00 ~ 18:00
•For ensuring the quality of stay for all guests, pets are not allowed in the lodging. The lodging reserves the right to cancel the accomodations without refund for bringing pets into the lodging.
•For the energy saving and eco-friendly purpose, please bring your own Toothbrush and Toothpaste
•In order to maintain a quiet environment for all, please step lightly and lower your voice.
•Please inform the lodging of the correct number of guests in advance, and no extra person is allowed on the check-in day. The lodging reserves the right to refuse adding extra persons in the event of a violation.
•Please inform the lodging in advance if you have visitors. Visitors should leave the lodging before 17:00, please contact the host for details.
•Kitchen with gas range available. Please avoid producing strong odors, exercise caution when using the range, please help clean up after using.

•NTD200 will be charged for key lost or damaged.
•Please do not move, destroy, or remove the equipment in the room. In the event of damaged or lost property, the lodging may take the following action(s): Ask for full monetary compensation for any damaged or lost property
•Smoking is not allowed indoor; please go to outdoor areas for smoking. The lodging reserves the right to cancel the accommodations without refund for violation.
•The following behaviors are not allowed: Drug using, excessive drinking, gambling, making loud noises, causing disturbances, setting off firecrackers, and any illegal acts. The lodging reserves the right to cancel the accommodations, charge for anything damaged or lost, and report to the police in the event of a violation.
