•Breakfast included: Western style (adjusted with seasonal ingredients)
•Regular days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
•Holidays: Friday and Saturday
•Extra person with extra bed: sofa bed included, Extra person rate: NTD700 per person on regular days, Holidays, Consecutive Holidays and Chinese New Year: NTD800 per person; Each room can have 1 children under the age of 3 with no extra charge and no extra bed
•Travelers with large luggage or disabilities please note that the lodging is not equipped with an elevator.
•Paid breakfast available by reservation: Western style, NTD180 per person (children and adults alike); please make reservation upon booking.

Cancellation and Postponement Policy

• Refund for canceling your reservation due to personal reasons will be transferred according to the following rules：
- •100% of the paid amount will be refunded for canceling 7 days prior to reservation date.
- •50% of the paid amount will be refunded for canceling 4 ~ 6 days prior to reservation date.
- •30% of the paid amount will be refunded for canceling 1 ~ 3 days prior to reservation date.
- •No refund will be made for canceling 當 day before or on reservation date, or no show.

•Check-in time: 15:00 ~ 21:00. As you are required to schedule your check-in time in advance, please arrange with the lodging 1 day(s) beforehand
•Check-out time: before 11:00. Please follow the check-out time stated in the house rules
•Breakfast time: 08:00 ~ 10:00; special meal(s) available: Vegetarian meal. Please inform the lodging your needs upon booking.
•For the energy saving and eco-friendly purpose, please bring your own Toothbrush and Toothpaste
•We only accommodate guests with reservation and not open for visiting to ensure the privacy of our guests.
•Kitchen with gas range available. Please avoid producing strong odors, exercise caution when using the range, please help clean up after using.
•In order to maintain a quiet environment for all, please do not let children run around or make loud noises unattened.
•We take credit card.
•We provide Taiwan Uniform Invoice (tax declared receipt).
•Please keep your valuables safe as the lodging is not responsible for the loss of or damage to valuable items.
•Please turn off the lights and appliancess when not in use.
•NTD100 will be charged for key lost or damaged.
•Smoking is not allowed both indoor and outdoor.

The lodging reserves the right to cancel the accommodations, charge for anything damaged or lost, and report to the police in the event of a violation.
•Pets are allowed with prior notification to the lodging. We accommodate dogs of 10kg or less and up to 1 dog(s). (EN)需加收 500 元之清潔費．
•Pets are allowed only in (EN)Ho̍k Suite 鶴宮房 room.
•Please refer to and follow the pet policy as below:
1. Pets are not allowed on the bed, sofa, or in the bathtub. Owners should bring their own carriers.
2. Please do not let your pets pee or poo indoors, and please clean up pet waste in the outdoor areas.
3. Please do not let pets bite or chew the furniture and fabrics in the room.
4. Please bring a towel, food bowl, and water bowl for your pet(s), and do not use the amenities in your room for your pet(s).
5. Pet towel, food bowl, and water bowl are provided, please refrain from mixed-use with humans.
6. Any loud barking or meowing should be curtailed to ensure other guests are not disturbed.
7. Pets must not be left in the room unattended.
8. For male dogs, please wear physiological pants.
9. For female dogs in heat, please wear menstrual pants.
